Application process @seneos

We value a short application process and quick decisions! Therefore, after receiving your application, you can expect ideally two different interviews until a final contract offer is made. If you would like to meet other team members, we can of course arrange this.

1) HR-Interview

In the first interview, we would like to learn more about you and the path you have taken so far. Of course, we use the first interview to give you more insight into our company and the position. We will be happy to answer all your questions about seneos!

2) Technical Interview

The second step of the application process involves a technical interview with one of our department heads and hiring managers. This is about your (technical) skills, motivation and experience that you can bring to the team.

3) Contract offer

You have convinced us! We would like to make you an offer and welcome you to our team. :-)
