Department Lead (m/f/x)

We - seneos GmbH - are a 100% subsidiary of Hitachi Astemo Ltd. with about 60 employees at the location in Cologne and in Bulgaria. As a system house we support our international mother company in their European projects and additionally we act independently as a development and engineering partner for companies in the automotive industry and railroad technology. We work on exciting projects in the field of infotainment, display devices, autonomous driving, electromobility, driver assistance systems (ADAS) and control unit development.

We are looking for a Department Lead (m/f/x) for our office in Sofia.


THESE EXCITING TASKS ARE WAITING FOR YOU:

• Ensure quality standard with the requirements of the customers (capacity utilization, budget, quality of service).

• Implementation of the corporate strategy with high custom-orientation around our engineering services.
  

• Organic development of the team members to strengthen satisfaction, identification and a sense of affiliation.

• Co-designing the internal structure of the location.

• Development of the operational organization including coaching, practical instructions, management activities, etc.

• Close collaboration with the managing directors and the headquarter in Germany (including HR & Department Leads).
  

INTERESTED? YOUR PROFILE:

• You are confident in communicating in English (C1/C2) and Bulgarian language. German language skills are nice-to-have.
• You have already several years of leader experience (e.g. supervisor, team lead)
• Ideally you are familiar with the automotive industry, embedded control units or software engineering.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as process and conceptual strength.
• Strong change and problem-solving skills as well as communication and networking skills.
